Information We Collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote and deliver a cleaning service. That is:

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address and phone number.
• Service details you give us: the address of the property, its size and condition, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets in the home, the service you are interested in and how often you would like it.
• Anything else you choose to write in the message field of our estimate form or send us by email, text message or phone.
• Basic technical information that any web server records when a page is requested, such as the page address, the date and time, and the browser type.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you share with us for these purposes, and nothing else:

• To prepare your estimate and answer your questions.
• To schedule, perform and follow up on the service you booked.
• To send you messages about your appointments, such as confirmations and reminders.
• To keep records required for running the business, including invoices and insurance.

We do not use your information for automated decision making, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent or trade it.

We share it only with the service providers that make our operation work, and only with what they need: our scheduling and booking platform, our email provider, and our payment processor. Each of them acts on our instructions.

We also share information when the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, or when it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our clients, our team or the public.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run third party tracking scripts. Nothing you do on these pages is shared with an ad network.

Our booking page is hosted by a third party scheduling platform, which has its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies once you leave this site.

How Long We Keep It

We keep client and service records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting and insurance rules. Estimate requests that do not become a service are kept only as long as they are useful to follow up.

Your Choices and Rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, when we are not required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop sending you messages that are not about a scheduled service.

How We Protect It

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to client records is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do treat your information as we would want ours treated.

Children

Our services are offered to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients.
