Our Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post-construction cleaning and housekeeping support in Virginia.

What is included in each service is described on our pricing page and confirmed in writing when your service is scheduled. Tasks that are not listed there are not part of the service unless we agree to them in advance.

Estimates and Pricing

The rates published on this website are ranges. They are a starting point, not a quote.

A final price is set after we evaluate the specific needs and condition of the property, and it takes into account the size of the home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the current condition, how often the service is performed, pets, the service level chosen and any additional services requested.

If we arrive and the condition of the property is substantially different from what was described, we will tell you before starting and agree on an adjusted price or a reduced scope with you.

Scheduling, Access and Cancellations

Appointment times are arranged with you and confirmed in writing. Arrival windows account for traffic and for the previous service in the schedule.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes or someone to open the door, and for letting us know about alarms, pets or areas that should not be entered.

If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a completed service.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any notice period, are confirmed in writing when your service is scheduled.

Your Home During the Service

Please secure cash, jewelry, medication, firearms and any irreplaceable item before the visit.

For safety reasons our team does not climb above a standard two-step ladder, does not move heavy furniture or appliances, and does not handle biohazards, mold remediation, pest infestations or human and animal waste. If your home needs one of these, we will tell you and point you to the right specialist.

The team may decline to work in a property when conditions are unsafe, including severe weather, no running water or electricity, or aggressive animals.

If Something Is Not Right

If something was missed, tell us as soon as you notice it and we will come back and correct it. Getting it right matters more to us than being right.

To make that possible, please report it while the situation can still be verified and before another cleaning service works in the property.

Damage and Liability

ECOAR Care is licensed and fully insured. If we damage something in your home, tell us as soon as you notice it so we can document it and resolve it through repair, replacement or our insurance.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, by items that were already loose, unstable or improperly installed, or by surfaces and materials that were not disclosed as requiring special care.

Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods and the timing of payment are confirmed in writing when your service is scheduled.

Our Team

Our professionals are trained by us and their work is our responsibility. Please do not ask a team member to perform tasks outside the agreed scope or to work outside the scheduled visit. Requests for additional work should come to us, so that they are scheduled, priced and insured.

Booking Through Third Parties

Our online booking is handled by a third party scheduling platform. When you use it, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of it.
